As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

What sort of organisation allows employees to hire there bosses? He was hired so he wouldnt make any waves for Mr.Knows ....... Utter fucking bollocks
BSM you have to face all the issues not just the ones that are easy to face
Totally agree. The phrase 'Elephant in the room' springs to mind reading that BSM letter.
Gazidis is an easy target because no other fans are going to stick up for him. I watched those YouTube clips and even the older guy (who expressed his and our frustrations really well) targeted Gazidis a bit too much. His line ''you've taken the pride out of it Gazidis'' was puzzling when it is Wenger who has done that more than anyone else. At least he included Wenger though.

Although it is strongly worded in other parts (and well done for that), not sure I'd get too excited about there being any conclusive anti-Wenger feeling in AST's letter. After all, they aren't saying 'don't give Arsene a new contract under any circumstances' as some of you believe. They are just asking that the club don't award him one now....
‘In recent weeks Ivan Gazidis (chief executive) has spoken of the club’s intent to offer Arsene Wenger a new contract,’ an The Arsenal Supporters’ Trust statement read.
‘The AST believes this is inappropriate. For now the club’s entire focus must be on using the remaining days of the transfer window to strengthen the team significantly.
at least, that's how I read it. Either way, I'm sure a top 4 finish will get them back onside!!

I think the press smell blood here. Tomorrows mandated interviews are going to be very interested - unscripted for a start.
Usamonov is suspicially quiet too.
Yep, definitely smell blood. They got the scent last year but then we put together a few results and they had to cater to majority opinion amongst our fans - which was Arsene is god etc. Now they know that if we got into the end of the window/international break with no substantial signings the fans will be baying for blood even more - not to mention that we could quite conceivably be heading in with 0 points from 3 games having been turned over home to Spurs and knocked out of the CL.
