The Scum Thread/Stadium Redevelopment

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Looks like they removed it then.

Trust me I was on it about 2 hours ago, and I can confirm the ape was 100% there.

Ok.
To be honest I was quite certain he'd go there anyway. Especially since it became obvious they were going for Lamela and probably Willian, too. They can't just spend 100m or so.

However, is it just me, or is it so damn annoying that they are spending bucket loads of money on good players, and we have spent bugger all!!!

I HATE to say it, but they are going to be a real force this season with the purchases that they have made :banghead:

Sorry.....dont ban me!
They're shit and always will be.

TRUE!

i feel a lot more confident playing them this year knowing bale is in a different country. Theyv lost a fantastic player and a leader, theyll surely need more than just a few games to get things together. We've started gelling at the right time. Cant wait.

Is it just me or do others here have a childish reaction to all things Scummy?
Some years ago I was working near Nottingham when a bloke joined the IT dept. I used to chat to him a lot, but one day I discovered he was a Scum fan and I found it impossible to be friendly afterwards.
Today I was in a sports shop and was looking through some tops when I realised I was touching a Scum shirt. I immediately snatched my arm away and stepped back. My daughter told me to grow up, which got me thinking. I'm an intelligent grown up but I can't stop myself acting like a two year old.

What I love about them is that I'm surrounded by them where I live and they set themselves up every year like some sort of Three Stooges sketch where they tread on the same rake every single time. Already my neighbour (who was distraught at missing out on the Be All and End All 3 months ago) is talking about "this is the year"

They just never learn - its like some sort of self harm (which is why they want Wenger to stay :D ).

We will finish above them AGAIN

We will finish top four AGAIN

They've scored two penalties against Palace and Swansea........and are getting over excited AGAIN

5th place and Thursday nights on ITV4 await......AGAIN
