As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Sorry if I posted this in the wrong place but I have a question regarding Arsenal's general sale tickets.
Does anyone know when tickets tend to go on general sale, and what the liklihood is of this specific game going on sale to non-members? I was thinking of going to the Stoke home game (category B) on the 22nd Sept or, failing that then the Norwich game in October (Cat. C), but I don't want to pay the price for a Red membership as I won't go regularly enough for it to be worth it. Thanks in advance .

Tickets go on sale to silver members 2 months in advance, red members 1 month (I think) so I would hazard a guess at 2-3 weeks?
Ok mate, cheers. I haven't bought a ticket directly from Arsenal before as I used to get to games through my old school so i'm a bit unsure of how this process goes.

I was on the original ticket registration scheme (TRS) in the 90s, and when the Red/Silver membership levels were introduced some years later, my TRS became Silver.
Red membership is basically a waiting list for Silver.
On the other end of the scale, bond holders are offered either a ST or silver membership, whilst some ST holders who decided not to keep their ST were offered silvers instead.
Oh, and Junior Gunner's who reach a certain age (probably 16 or 18) are then handed a silver.
Stoke at home (and just about every other game this season bar spurs/Utd/Chelsea) will go to General Sale, I'm sure of it.
GS period usually starts about 2 weeks/10 days before the game. They'll whack on about an extra 5 quid in fees for the "privilege" of printing your own ticket or having one posted to you though.

Are you a red member? You should be able to get tickets for the likes of Stoke, Sunderland, Hull etc through the club - basically all the "shit", unglamourous teams. Chelsea, Spurs, Utd, Liverpool will sell out to Gold members with 10 credits or so, something like that.
You may be able to pick up some from here or on twitter though...

Hi Dan, no I've not renewed my Red Membership this season. (which is looking more understandable as the transfer window ticks on) Not many away's go to general sale do they?
