Dortmund away - travel

Post by SamiS »

Hi Guys,

not posted in a while

hope you're all ok...

very quickly, I plan on driving to Dortmund

does anyone remember from two years ago how much tickets were?

furthermore did anyone previously drive it? any tips?

anything good going on in Dusseldorf? Doing a father son trip so nothing to crazy..

In terms of the drive think we pass through Antwerp and Eindhoven and it takes a total of 6hours30...

Any info advice or whatever would be awesome

ta lads,

Sami

spend most my time 'touting' on twitter these days.

feel free to follow @thebock69! haha

anyway no need for the welcome backs i've stayed lurking mostly this year.

looking more for advice on dortmund now rather than a ****-esque attention seeking spree!

I paid €48 last time round, but I'm pretty sure City fans paid less last year

for the home game at Dortmund, maybe we can have a drink or two somewhere in the City before the game.
You could PM me if you are interested!

Booked flights this morning 150 via Munich.

I know its going past it to come back on yourself but couldn't be arsed with trains from other places and Munich straight into Dortmund

Fly out Tuesday back Thursday

That's a hell of a detour. You do realise it's a 6/7 hour train journey from Munich to Dortmund?

Flying into Dusseldorf is cheaper and only 50 mins train to Dortmund

Maybe my English is not good enough... Could be totally wrong, but he didn't say he's going by train, did he, booked flights via Munich, must be a flight to Munich and Munich to Dortmund, right? If not, is there a Munich near Dortmund that nobody has heard of yet? :rubchin:

When you've already paid for something, is there anything worse than people telling you you could have got it for less?
