SUMMER TRANSFERS - Your thoughts on who did and did not sign

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

So the see you next tuesday word is verbotten yaa!?...

Okay..so

We can all call wenker all sorts and slag the baconrasher twat off from his hole to his pole...But after all the cursing...the anger...the despair of everyone....

I just find myself thinking that having had the money to spend - on players we have now needed in those vital positions (GK, CB, Holding/defensive MF and Striker) for some 6 seasons...he STLL has not rectified what the world and his dog knows is wrong...

And it is 100%

"Unforgivable"

And no matter what happens in the future - even if by some miracle we won some kind of trophy this season under wenker...I will NEVER Forgive him for bringing My Arsenal to its knees and making a mockery of all that has gone before. Of dis-honouring the club, fans, badge/shirt.

Isn't the motto "Victory Through Harmony"?

I see No Harmony anywhere, all I see and hear is the anger, frustration, disgust, loathing and utter despair he has brought upon us all, to the point where Gooners are coming to blows in the ground and turning against one another websites etc...Until he is gone the 'Harmony' and sense of Pride we all once felt cannot be restored. And for that I hate him

He shall not be forgiven.

Can a Spanish club buy Mata? I mean Madrid are finding Ozil and di Maria as disposable and Barca have enough IMO.

With 3 days of the window remaining, I've decided I'm going to trust Wenger :D

We pulled out and allowed Napoli to sign Higuain, so we MUST have a better striker lined up 8)

We didn't fight Sp*rs for Lamela, despite needing a creative, goalscoring wide player, so we MUST have a better player lined up 8)

We didn't want Capoue, didn't activate Kondogbia's buy out clause nor offer Luiz Gustavo an offer he couldn't refuse, despite needing a centre midfielder, so presumably Wenger rates Flamini higher than all of these players... the fact he was free was just a coincidence, I'm sure 8)

Ivan said we can do deals that will excite us. He also said we're the most ambitious club he knows. So sit back, laugh at Sp*rs and wait for these GREAT signings (and no panic buys, remember) to flood in 8)

I suppose, when you've never seen your team win the league, celebrating our failure is the next best thing  :?

At least we have memories. You lot have black and white DVD's to relive games played before you were born

Question for the Swampdweller - how many times have you won the league at WHL and how many times have Arsenal won the league at WHL ?

Galling that despite us having a manager that makes Steve Kean look like a genius and does his spending in Lidl, we still manage to finish above their best team in 20 odd years with their latest messiah at the helm
