We pulled out and allowed Napoli to sign Higuain, so we MUST have a better striker lined up

We didn't fight Sp*rs for Lamela, despite needing a creative, goalscoring wide player, so we MUST have a better player lined up

We didn't want Capoue, didn't activate Kondogbia's buy out clause nor offer Luiz Gustavo an offer he couldn't refuse, despite needing a centre midfielder, so presumably Wenger rates Flamini higher than all of these players... the fact he was free was just a coincidence, I'm sure
