When you consider what Babatunde and Red Member copped bans for, it makes me wonder why this individual is still wandering the forums?

He signed up last night and proceeded to post on every thread, a hilarious video from 2007 of a pub full of the unwashed from Looting Town FC singing about how "Arsenal's season was over". The irony's obviously lost on them, they're not particularly intelligent.

Anyway, i think g88ner gave him the ultimatum to engage in some proper debate or get banned which I think is fair enough. We have members on here from a number of other teams who make decent contributions, but I fear this may be out of reach for our friend from N17 who like the rest of them, seem concerned only with Arsenal. I guess laughing at someone else's failures is the next best thing when you have no notable achievements of your own.

We're aware of COYS.

I don't have a problem with fans from other teams being on here as long as they contribute in a positive way (tit threads especially ) and I prefer to see banning people as an absolute last resort.

I accept last night COYS was on the wind up, but then it is derby week and a bit of banter might lighten the mood a little! and anyway, some of our regulars seemed happy enough to have a go back, so I didn't see an immediate need to put a stop to it.

However, I did send him a pm suggesting that a ban was imminent unless he stopped WUMing. He replied that he was just having a laugh, apologised and said he won't do it again. If he means it, fair enough.

To be honest, I feel having a Sp*rs fan on here is untenable and I don't see him lasting long (and I also doubt he'd want to stick around) but I'd rather give him enough rope to hang himself than ban someone too quickly. There's no immediate rush, so just let it play out.
