WTF

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just found out my 44 away points which were cut to 25 are now ALL gone.

Just spent lunch time on the phone to the box office to be told because I didn't go to an away game for 2 seasons, I have lost them all.

It cost me a small fortune,time and took me f**king ages to amass those points.

To say I am F**KED OFF would be an understatement.

Making a complaint to the away tickets manager, anyone had this problem before and am I on a hiding to nothing. :(

If you haven’t been to an away game in the last 2 seasons then this is what is supposed to happen. The rules are that they only count credits from the last 2 seasons and the current one. Mine went down from 23 to 16 as over the summer, they scrubbed the credits from 2010-11 season.

Unless I have misunderstood what has happened?

If I had one or 2 then I probably wouldn't be that bothered but that's a lot and what bugs me is if I knew I would lose ALL of them for want of going to one game I would have gone to one bloody away game

But if you went to 1 last season then all you would have is 1 anyway!

They don't allow you to protect historical points for more than 2 seasons. Otherwise the total number of points would go up and up forever.
