Marseille away

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He must be wrong. Some on this forum have already diagnosed him as injured and out for some time. He even has a thread dedicated to his injury saying how fucked we are

Poor lad thinks he's ok... if only he knew about the doctor-gooner-forum diagnosis based on no evidence :(

Lol can't blame us for being pessimistic! :D

Besides, he may still need a scan and knowing our medical team he'll end up with radiation sickness!

Anyone who went to Marseille two years ago know the pub that everyone will congregate at pre kick-off?

Will be our 9th consecutive away win in competitive fixtures if we manage to beat them.

Our league record is 8 consecutive wins back in 01/02, we're 1 away from that.

I disagree, yes, we are shite on occasions...not all of the team all at once, but sometimes our defence lets us down (like a stupid ill-judged challenge by KOs  ) or our forward line just can't put the ball in the onion net, but the team are not all shite all of the time.

btw this had nothing to do with us signing Ozil ( :barscarf: )....as anyone with an ounce of grey matter knows we are is desperate need of a Striker, CB, Mid--Filed Holding/defenesive player - though Flamini may just do for now, a G.Keeper and probably a Left back - seeing as Gibbs still hasn't mastered the art of how to cross the ball, But I think we have some excellent players, it's just that they are either injured or don't always all turn up together.

I think we will win or draw in Marseille...beyond this round of the CL who knows, but if we can make it to January and be in the top four and still in the CL - then a signng or three could see is go further...
