As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Why, what's happened?
If it's simply that United lost a game, then I'd suggest he's disappointed (who wouldn't be) but is sensible enough to know it's still early in the season and, anyway, he will always have the consolation of knowing he's finally a Premier League winner.
Why are you so interested in his thoughts? you still pining for him?!
Annoying Spurs but from what I hear it was hardly undeserved.
As for Moyes the doubters must be well and truly out in force now. Barely put a foot right since he went there. The two big question marks against his name were his ability to attract big players and his ability to beat the big sides - especially away from home. Fast forward 3 months and he's done nowt to address those, and in fact they've intensified.
Pre-season is hardly a concrete indicator but theirs was particularly woeful, and their embarrassing public courting of Fabregas and that bloke from Bilbao before overpaying for Fellaini right at the death was completely needless for a club that was in the best position at the start of the window to do their business quickly and efficiently.
Since the season started they had a very good result at Swansea but the individual brilliance of van Judas misrepresented what was a very even game. Since then there was the turgid Chelsea performance, the insipid display when they were well-beaten at Anfield, a game where they struggled to break a hopeless Palace down at home despite the usual help from the ref, a patchy victory over Leverkusen at home and a thumping at a Citeh side that have been pretty indifferent so far this season.
It's not like anybody else has taken the league by the balls so far or that there's any irreparable damage but I'm fostering some hope that the next generation won't grow up being glory-hunting United-'supporting' little pricks.
So you allow the guy to sign about 15 players - half of whom are Italians that nobody else would have bothered with.....and then you punt him after FIVE fucking games !!
Sorry that's just absolutely pathetic.
Saved them with someone else's team and then fired him with his own team.
Some football clubs deserve everything they get
We put up with Lord Gormless for 8 years of underachievement and they fire a bloke who saved their skins after 5 games this season. Jokers. I'm sure the new manager will earn instant respect from all the Italians he brought over

I'm not the bloke's biggest fan and I think he's marked his own card with his actions and results but they brought him in during an absolute shitstorm last year and he achieved the key objective of ensuring they stayed up.
Although they've been piss-poor so far this season sacking him after 5 games seems like madness. Whilst they're more established and have larger resources than a lot of other teams in this division (most of which seem to have been spunked away going back to Roy Keane and possibly further), looking at the quality in the squad and their ability to attract players there it's hardly unreasonable to expect them to be scrapping around down the bottom of the table.
A monumental waste of money and bad publicity when he joined if nowt else.
Lloris, a sending off not given, a clear goal from a header not given and scum's £26million pound striker has yet to score from open play in the league...amazes me more crosses aren't swung into Lloris, he is definitely a flapper an despite all his sweeper keeper bollocks, he is capable of some serious clangers like the 2 against Georgia in the WC qualifiers this month.
