We're utter crap and we need to pray that any of our first time don't get any more injuries.

On a very positive note though our support have been fantastic! Massive props to the travelling lot as always.

Team selection has rendered this a waste of time. I understand we're struggling with injuries and moreover a squad that is paper-thin in areas - and I'm not for a minute suggesting playing a full team - but the balance just isn't there. Too many kids, not to mention Bendtner playing 120 minutes in that shape. Embarrassing.

I have to say that win or lose on pens I don't believe the youngsters will really have learned anything from this match. The quality just hasn't been there and as fatigue inevitably kicked in we've not been able to string 3 passes together before somebody fires it 10 yards to the side of the intended recipient. Might as well go out tonight if this is what any further rounds are going to be like.
