Despite their plethora of super-signings under AVB the only bloke who looked like he might make something happen at the end was the one pre-existing midfielder/striker on the pitch, Defoe. And the only bit of decent play in stoppage time from him flicking it between a few blue shirts was ruined by Chadli taking on a stupid shot.

For all this talk that they've invested brilliant their band of average midfielders were getting robbed far too easily and were reduced to swinging in aimless crosses from 30 yards out on the touchline. Overrated or not I'm sure Bale would have managed to cause a bit of panic if not create a chance at any stretch.

Same exact thing happened with us when they lost 1-0. Their fans go on about having lots of possession but they did nothing with it, their best work was in front of our 2 lines of 4. They are big and physical but no real creativity outside of Eriksen..

They don't concede much but only because they're not put under pressure. The 2nd half of that game Chavs were embarrassingly superior once they actually bothered to attack the Scum.

Augie's right the only team I think you can count on are Shitty at the moment but even they have one or 2 questions.

Torres looks like scum in this. Something about Chelski that brings out the worst.

What a total D-Bag.

Utd's defence :coffeespit: That was fucking abysmal. How do you let a guy run unchallenged from the half way line & dink it over the keeper. I'd be fuming if we'd let that goal in lol

1-0 WBA!

The standard of defending in the PL is absolutely atrocious. Sky will tell you it's because of all the amazing attacking players in the league now but reality is every team 1 to 20 will throw away points for fun with embarrassing defending. Between today and the Cardiff game Citeh have looked comical at the back and United have been given the runaround at the back in literally most games this year - and they're probably the top 2 sides in the league!

OMG I wish I hadn't cancelled my sky sports sub. I'm missing the end of the UTD empire.
