6 years R.I.P THE BEAR

Cant belive it,s 6 years since we lost denton the bear , thought, s go out to family , gone but never forgotten , R.I.P THE BEAR .

Whenever I think of the Bear, I always see a smiling face. What a great man he was, who really loved the Arsenal.

I guess for us who weren't in a firm or weren't around in that era, it's difficult to associate with this sort of thing, but he was certainly popular and well respected amongst like-minded people.

I never met him but the man is one of the reasons arsenal were never took over by the far right in the 80s, for those old enough and remember the NF selling there paper outside upton park and Chelsea etc and spreading hatred at football will be thankful they never got in at the arsenal.
