Weekend's other games 5th 6th October

Don't think so - but still one after 3 games and one after 7 is a joke.

Thankfully I'm going to the massive Nottingham Beer Festival next weekend so will be far too wankered to worry about international week boredom.

This is the 3rd international break, but bizarrely the 1st one was just before the season started and there's yet another one in November, when most likely England will be involved in a play off game for the WC.

All that matters for the 2weeks is players with niggles get rested and we lose no more to injury.

and then we've got another fucking international break next week - FFS, another one !!!
Are you serious, did you see the dippers against Stoke,Swansea and Southampton, they were lucky to come out of those 3 games winning any on them they should have got a max of 1pt from those and that was Stoke at home.

Southampton are probably the best organised team defensively this season but upfront they don't have the depth.

It's going to be a long old season, January will make a huge difference. The top 4 and the winner of the league will be decided by the January transfer window.

And Chelsea and Man City will not hesitate to splurge the dosh to ensure they are right there at the end.

It's not a break though, sadly. They're all swanning off all over the world. Might even disrupt us, but at least it's Norwich at home when we get back. Could be worse.

Although, I'm sure you at least partially meant it gives us time to get players back fit (Rosicky and Cazorla) which can only help.

A round of applause for Tottenham's unbeaten run of six games which was sadly ended today. Valiant attempt lads, you were only 43 games away...

Excellent run from Ravel Morisson and top goal.

Notice Fat Sam is still using his drty tactics for corners. As much as I loved seeing it used on the scum, it's obstruction plain and simple.

Nolan stops Lloris from coming out to claim the ball then provides the assist for Reid to score whilst still blocking Lloris off. If Nolan isn't blocking him off, Lloris boots the ball away before Reid gets to it or comes out and punches when the corner initially comes in.

Nolan's made a career out of that sort of shit, he's a niggly, nasty little bastard.
