Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Finally SteveO, after all these years of apparent insanity on this particular subject, the tongue has been spotted in thy cheek.
Amen.

Abou has had so many bits removed through surgery I'm surprised he's not qualified to play for the Ladies 11 by now

And with that in mind, I think Diaby will end up getting his testimonial in the same way Trigger (from 'Only Fools') got an award for having the same broom for 20 years of road sweeping....

Trigger: That's what I've done. Maintained it for 20 years. This old broom has had 17 new heads and 14 new handles in its time.
Sid: Hang on... if it's had 17 new heads, and 13 new handles, how the hell can it be the same bloody broom then?

I'm still hopeful that the great man will rise from the treatment table to guide us to CL glory

Seeing this picture on the official website from yesterday's training actually made me feel very sad. Look at him trying to get fit while all his team-mates are enjoying themselves. :( :( :(

Come on Abou, you can do it big man.
