VIVAS NUTTER

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Always felt that arsole wenker treated vivas appallingly after the match at elland road that finished off our hopes of retaining our title a few seasons back - lee Dixon stood off and allowed their winger an acre of room to cross to the backpost where their striker (hasslebaink I think :rubchin: ) got ahead of vivas (he was playing out of position too  ) to score the crucial goal :( It was typical wenker.....pick out the weak guy from the heard and then publicly lambast him - he wouldn't have done it to TA6   :box:

O'Leary made a total cuntwound of himself that night. Celebrated as if he had won the PL for Leeds rather than handed it to Manure at the expense of his former club. No harm in being happy at a win but show a bit of class.

Considering he played in the region of 7,954 games for us I should have a place for him in the Pantheon of Arsenal greats, but I don't, I can't bloody stand him.

I liked Nelson Vivas. great chant. was a decent right back. probably not the best sub for a left back in a very close fast paced game.

we were so close to a double that year too

Always seemed to me to be a second off the pace, a second too late to the tackle.

Better than Andre Santos by dint of not having a belly, but not really a Premier League standard player, despite having played a lot for Argentina.
