*this could also apply to cats, chinchillas or pot bellied pigs if you don't have a dog

No matter how much BT Sport, Foy and the rest of those arseholes p*ss us off, we won today so can't be too unhappy about that. :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Unfortunately had to miss this game too but sounded like most of our recent away performances - pretty sluggish, harder than it needed to be but got there in the end. Very important to pick up 3 points today so job done on that point and we're going to need to maintain/extend as big a gap as possible over the likes of Chavs and Manchester clubs for our tough run of fixtures and usual November collapse.

And I don't need to have seen the incident to know that it was never a red as if Chamakh was still 45 yards out even the Palace keeper could have beaten him to the penalty area he's that fucking slow.

Missed all bar the last 15 minutes (combination of being at kids matches and not knowing that bt was free this weekend :banghead: ) and tbf we looked in control for that time although it appears from reading the comments on here, that we were sluggish for the most part and it was far from a quality performance (although that is largely irrelevant 8) )
Agree totally with your summary of the punditry after the game - mcmanaman was continually making the point that chamakh ran at arteta and caused the collision but calamity and the Canadian crock were adamant that it was a deserved red card

Definition of irony........listening to david james describe Chesney as a keeper that is capable of making great saves but is also prone to making serious fcuk ups

Exactly REB we won the game didnt we yet everyone is talking about the sending off and BT Sport.I thought i was a miserable git
With the exception of Neville all TV pundits are shit.BT are no different

I thought Sagna pushed Szczesny for MOTM. There were 3 great crosses which Giroud fucked up
Ozil and Cazorla were both disappointing and Gnabry showed why we need width should have won us two penalties
But its all about the 3 points

Awful decision on the red card, to the point where I think we were owed the luck we got with Palace hitting the bar and going close a couple of times.

Was never going to be a comfortable victory. Another one chalked up in the "not playing very well" category though, 1 shot on goal in that opening 45 minutes.

Lethargic for most of the game, not helped by the slowness of the pitch. Thought Cazorla and Arteta were particularly sloppy. Ozil was relatively quiet but still had some moments that came close to me needing a change of pants, obviously should have been subbed though

Should have had a penalty first half and it was never a sending off, if anything Chamakh has moved to block off Arteta. Someone should tell Michael Owen that to be a commentator it helps to know the rules of the game, the rule isn't "last man" it is "clear and obvious goal scoring opportunity". Certainly wont be giving those jokers 12 quid a month.

Surely worth appealing the red card?
