As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
When he puts Benny and Ryo on pitch as our striking force, you just know he want us to lose this game.
Great, really great. Let's lose this and then also to scousers and borrusia and destroy everything we built so far this season and become same old Arsenal from the last 8 years.
This match is bring back so much nostalgia, like a high school reunion with the high school bully, that terrorized you as a kid in attendance.
11 men behind the ball?= check
Bunch of big strong Africans in Chelseas midfield?= check
Goal on the counter attack, exploiting incompetent defending?= check
Bunch of useless and ineffective passes?= check
Defence playing up to half way line?= check
Only decent shot on goal came from a left back!
Jenko is shite, Kos good at tackling but shite at passing afterwards, Wilshere complicating too much when he's on the ball, Cazorla only one who's trying something in combination with Nacho.
Others poor.
No words for benny, ryo.

We need a striker, DM and RB!
We've needed those positions strengthening for 18 months or so.......why I'm so amazed anyone would be remotely surprised that the same old, same old Wenger approach will deliver anything other than flat track bully results against the shite before a series of inevitable defeats against the teams that predictably end our season year after year

Because the bloke who has worked in football for 30 years hasn't bothered strengthening those positions.
People turned a blind eye to not signing a striker while we were knocking over dross like Norwich, Palace and Fenerbahce
Lets see how everyone feels after we've lost to Dortmund twice and taken 1 or 2 points from 12 when we've finished the round of matches against Chelsea, Liverpool, United and City

Lose to Dortmund
Beat Palace
Lose to Chelsea
I wonder if we'll draw against Liverpool now and then lose at Old Trafford
Still, we're much better this year and Wenger's turned it all around by signing one midfielder
I suppose I should cheer up as we could still bring on Park to turn the game
I knew you'd pounce - we should start a SteveO bingo game going
You're right though. This game is worryingly predictable - seen it many times before. We lose.
People said I was a miserable git for calling Ozil a panic signing well guess what? 1 luxury midfielder doesnt give you depth. We have Bendtner up front. Its fucking over.

i'm surprised that people are surprised. its not the players - its the lack of preparation and tactics. i said last year after the bradford defeat, Wenger is not fit to run a pub team.
I'm also surprised Mourinho turned up tonight, he could of just mailed in a card... "Dear Arsene, thanks for the away win. Drogba sends his regards...luv Jose innit.xxx"
