Me too. Interviewed him once a few years ago for The Voice newspaper (at the Spuds ground no less, where I also saw the guy that plays Trigger!! ) and he came across as a very nice, humble man who lives for football. Hope Norwich stay patient with him but can't help but feel it's only a matter of time before he loses his job - especially as a lot of fans have turned against him.

God forbid if Hughton does get the chop, we'll get Peter Herbert, Jason Roberts and co complaining about the inequalities in football management again (whilst overlooking this result).

Bloody hell Tottenham must have built a diving board at their new training ground too. They've been at it for a solid 25 minutes now, kicking the ball and simply running into Everton players and falling to the ground theatrically.

It's really quite pathetic. But because Townsend and Walker are English (and they play for the media darlings), not a word will be said about it.

The best thing about that first half is that despite Tottscum dominating they have not been able to score. :barscarf:

What ever happened to "all about the glory" and "to dare is to do", they are truly sh*te to watch. They have scored only 2 more goals in their entire league campaign than Shitty scored in one game.

Good defence but in all honesty they have had 2 tests so far lost one(us) and should have lost the other but Torres gets sent off. Just surprised how little creativity they have in the side without Ericksen and Everton are even worse.

Annoyingly, that Sandro is a very good player.

And he's just been subbed 8)

And now spurs are losing the midfield. Good sub from the gremlin, wenger-esque.

Whhat the f**k Lloris stop acting like a hardman you are concussed. If he collapses now,its his own fault. He quite clearly looked wobbly. He's only staying on to dispel myths about frenchmen and to get a headline.

If I were Everton, I would start firing aerial balls into the tottenham box because if any of the strikers go intogoalie and he's knocked out again, they have no more subs. By the way Lukaku was gash.

To think that I was complaining that this should have been the 4pm game and the welsh derby should have been the warm up game.......this is fcuking horrendous   The only thing worse than the game itself has been the performance of referee kevin friend - the man is inept and has an annoying face that needs a good hard slap 8)

Everton have been poor and scum will knick this 0-1

This game is showing why Martinez will not get Everton fully playing the way he wants for a while because they are so used to Moyes negative style. Possession football will take longer to instill in these players but with better class of players still think he will do well with the blue dippers.

As far as the vermin are concerned,AVB has only lost one major player this season but they have gone backwards. Proving they were only what they were because of the chimp. Sandro is the only player I would touch in their midfield. In fact I would love him but

Holtby nope,

Dembele injury prone and too slow

Paulinho not as good as Rambo closer to a half fit Jack.

Ericksen or Ozil...no contest.

Lennon, his crossing is no better than Walcott and at least Walcott will bag you a goal.

Sigurrdson/Rosicky no difference

Townsend, still to be convinced he is more than a flash in the pan, on a par with a fit Ox for me, but no better.

Lamela I actually think is decent but will take a while to acclimatize but if he does stick around for them could end up being a really good player.

Anyway the first half of super duper grand slammer rammer Sunday was a snooze-fest. Shitty and the chavs will not exactly be losing sleep watching that lot.

Let's hope the south Wales derby is full of incident, goals, dirty tackles, red cards...a proper grudge match derby

Nice to see the Bluebird fans have ignored their new 'official' colours and mostly worn blue.

So Spurs have netted 9 goals in 10 league games (3 of those coming from contentious penalty decisions). They're definitely capable of challenging for the title though
