Depends who the ref is, also those cheating suntslops shrek, young and nani are now all nationally recognised as divers....RVJC may be a total judas cuntslop but he wouldn't dive against us
This should be our best chance of a win for a long time. With Shrek playing further forward a mediocre Manc midfield will be outnumbered. They will be under enormous pressure. Lose and they'll be 11 points behind. If we're confident and patient I can see us getting a result.
Losing this game would be criminal now. What I do know will happen is that it will be a different game completely and that Moyes will send them out focused on stopping us more than anything else. Beyond that I can't honestly offer a prediction with any sort of confidence.
For me this really is the benchmark and whilst I think whatever happens our failure to sign a top striker will hurt us, I also think our season from here will go one of two ways depending on Sunday.
I'm still smarting at the last two years up here and have to say that a point would be a fantastic result with my sensible hat on. Superb week, still got a comfortable buffer, keeps the run going and a massive improvement on the last few years.
after that shift tonight i do have a little more confidence.
Sunday is about avoiding the loss, as will be the trips to etipants, stamford brideg etc.
if we can defend like we did tonight we could still lose one to RVP's class, but we can also nick one from Per,Ramsey, Olly, Caz or Ozil.
i don't think we have the best of backlines but if they work as unit and we defend as a team like the chavs do under moaninho then we become very hard to beat.
Moyes needs a win more than we do, if we sit back we might just have them 1-0, 2-1 or even 2-0.
Walcott should be on the bench which should make the last 19minutes interesting too.

This worries me more than anything.
A manc loving ref might fuck us over. I am still seething with anger over Mike fucking Riley and what rightfully should have been our 50th unbeaten match.
Defend like tonight, Arteta and Flamini in the midldle. Santi,Rambo and Ozil to support Olivier.
As has already been said, this game will be decided by the ref and unfortunately I don't trust any of the premier league refs so not optimistic we won't get someone wrongly sent off and the the judas, prick turncoat back stabbing ,piece of sh*t,badge kissing, c*m stain w**king ,motherf**king c**t,,shrek and young will probably be diving all over the shop and getting away with it.
We have to score first then see what they are about.
NO going up their with the usual inferiority complex, they are not that good anymore. We turn up, we do them , we don't we get a point or the ref hands them a win.

If we go 1-0 up, watch Rooney completely lose the plot. If the ref is prepared to make the big decisions, and book the pikey, then we win. Don't rate their midfield at all, and Vidic is the only quality defender. Ferdinand is finished, and Evans, Smalling, Jones, Evra are second rate. It's only up top with Shrek, Judas and the new kid that they have any quality. Cut the supply and they struggle. COYG!!!!!!!!

Do we have to read this?
The bloke was found innocent and played or us for eight years.
Regardless of how he left, it does not suddenly make him retrospectively guilty of what very much looked like a fit up.
Moyes will send them out to kick the fuck out of us, their serial divers will be in full flow and the ref will buckle and allow them to get away with murder.
There is no way we'll get anything there - the FA would shit a brick.
That said, and to paraphrase Keegan, I would luv it if we stove them on their own patch, luv it.
