As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Apparently a howler from Cech and by the sounds of it might not have done brilliantly for the first.
Mourinho was never going to transform the team straight into one with the same air as the 2005 lot but I expected them to have a bit more steel about them. The league really was there for the taking this season and so far we're the only ones who have lain down a marker.
As for Liverpool MEHHHHHHH they won't even sustain a top 4 challenge. Suarez is class, Sturridge and Coutinho are good players when they're on form and apart from that they're shite.
Anyhow as one of my older brothers (a gooner) lived in the avenue in Southampton when I was at school I used to stay with him and watch the saints, always liked them and best mate supports them so am happy they are doing well.
Obviously when they play The Arsenal I want to see them spanked

Only that if they continue like this they might threatedn the virual trophy.
And the chavs have just been handed a penalty by the ref and equalised.
Saw the Chelsea penalty - it was soft because he was always looking for the contact so he could go down and the defender didn't really do much if anything wrong.
That said it wasn't a shocker of a decision and in real-time from the ref's angle may well have reasonably looked like a pen.

I wonder if we'll now have the six month campaign to chuck Ramires out of the country as we did when Eduardo did the same thing against Celtic, or whether we'll still be hearing about it 5 years later as we did when Pires went over against Portsmouth
Ashley Young has rightly been vilified for cheating and Ramires should get the same treatment, though I doubt he will. He was dragging his leg before Reid got close to him and as soon as he did Ramires let him collapse. It was gross cheating, cynical and any referee should be expecting it so late in the game.

I can still remember being able to hear Pires' feigned cry as he went down from the North Bank even though it was at the other end and there was obviously a bit of a buzz from us being on the attack
