RVP Celebrations yesterday

Post by nut flush gooner »

Much is being made out of this by the mancs, they say our chants where bile and disgusting and he had every right to celebrate as he did.

Funny how they still come out with the paedo chants for wenger, and forget that.

Not dealing with the brightest there..many probably at Old Trafford for the first time clutching onto their bags of purchases from the Superstore , purchases that confirm them as "lifelong " United fans..until something else shiny and bright comes along.
Van Persie is entitled to celebrate after all you have to release the Boy inside the man on occasions.

The paedo chants are fucking pathetic and vile, which is why I feel equally embarrassed when we sink to the same shit by singing that rapist crap. I remember when West Ham were singing it to us a few years ago, most ordinary folk were sitting there shaking their heads and now he wears a different shirt it's suddenly OK to sing it.

I don't blame the guy for celebrating. Last season he kept a lid on it but a year after being called a c++t and a rapist I'm not surprised he celebrated. Anyway, he ran towards their fans.......hardly did an Adebayor and goaded our supporters

Still amazes me that fans think they can sing horrific songs to players and then get all bent out of shape and demand respect back when the player then goes and scores

I've argued very hard on here against those who defend what van Judas did with the statement etc but I really don't give a shit about this. In fact I'd rather him celebrate than fucking take pity on us last year because it emphasises that it was actually a huge game. If he did an Adebayor then yeah I'd want his head but after the disrespect he showed the club this isn't even on the radar for me.

The paedo chants are disgusting but they're hardly new and if anybody in the media had any balls they would absolutely tear into the club for letting those chants go unpunished literally every single year, not to mention the fact that when there were pockets of Hillsborough chants last year they failed to eject a single person from the ground.

But as has been said by others that infantile she said no chant hardly puts us on a pedestal.

Agreed. RVJC is a dirty judas cuntbag but he has every right to celebrate a goal after being called a rapist by some of our more idiotic fans. If you dish it out you should be prepared to take it back too.

The peado chant is vile but only to be expected at that shithole. :x

This.

Didn't see anything wrong with his celebrations to be fair.

don't think Wenger helped with his pre match cr*p about RVP being still "an Arsenal man". Clearly the inner little boy belongs oop north in Manchester.

TBH, I think RVP is quite annoyed and hurt by the way we have treated him since he left. This pic was taken in the mid 90s. Arsenal are as much to blame over RVP leaving as anyone else.

Didn't see his celebration, switched over as soon as he scored :(

Tbh that game was so predictable, after watching the first ten minutes I could only see it going one way.

Usual bottle job, don't think wenger should take all the blame though as most of the players out there should have a long hard look at themselves this morning because they were woeful

I can understand him being upset at the chants from the fans (but that's football what did he expect) But it was disrespectful to the club and his former team mates, who he used to lead

I've got the secret to making sure he never celebrates like that again.

Mark him from fucking corners.

And don't just pass the ball randomly in defence.
