Would be delighted with a draw. I think we should go with the following line up though and at least give it a good go.

--------Ramsey-----Arteta---------
Walcott--------Ozil--------Wilshere
---------------Giroud-----------------

I think City are beatable and we all know how useless Clichy is, if we could isolate him with Walcott we might get some joy. Cazorla needs to be dropped, he is class but he hasn't been in top form this season and I don't think playing him against City is going to give him much opportunity to rediscover his form.

Could some IT whiz maybe super impose Wenger's head on the bloke driving?

It will be Kolarov at left back. Clichy is injured.

2-0 or 2-1 to them but if we go up there and play like we did at manure it could be a few more.

this is the sad thing - City are definitely beatable, they've been leaking goals all over the shop. had we been going into the game with confidence and energy i think our defence would have given us a chance.

but as it is, they have some wonderful players and we're going to be shakey, tired and timid.

i would have gone for

---------Ramsey---------------Flamini----------
Walcott --------Ozil----------------Podolski
----------------Giroud-----------------------------

and tried and outscored them lol.

now i don't know. if we get a 0-0 or 1-1 that will be a result of real character.

Don't think Kolarov is that much better defensively although his deliveries from set pieces are very good.

I think Podolski will be on the bench so maybe he will be an option, but can't expect anything from him after so long out. It's all going to depend on the first goal, if we score it I think we have a great chance but if they get the first early on I can't see us getting anything.

I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a win, considering our outstanding league form. Yes, they hammered Utd and Spurs but those teams are hardly exceeding expectations are they?
I'd take a draw, but a win is by no means out of the question :barscarf:

If they bring their A game then citeeh could give us a real hiding regardless of how we play and what our line up is. That being said, this is the game that I fear the least out of all our games against the other big sides - chavs and manure will physically bully us bit citeeh will feel confident in their ability to outplay us and that suits us more imo

As things stand right now I am predicting a 3-1 defeat but I reserve the right to change my mind as has become the norm on here   :barscarf:

I am confident that Wenger will draw on all of his tactical nous to ensure that we lose this game quite comfortably.

Cant see anything other than a very easy win for Citeh  the meltdown started when that wee delahingmybob bloke scored the equaliser for Everton on sun followed by lastnights pish(but hardly surprising) result  Historically Le bumholes teams don't do minor hiccups 3or4 nil Citeh.

it does. we have seen in the past great teams give us time and space to play - whether we get that with Yaya i'm not sure.

a few years back we upset a few big European teams on their own patch by them letting us play.

i'm not confident because i don't believe in the Manager, but i believe in the players. if we have at them in the first 15 we may do well,

protection of Kos and BFG is key, if the team ignore the manager and don't play cagey we can score i'm certain.

this is a good come back game for Pod, as they won't try and cripple him...
