CL draw

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If the matches were taking place next week, it would be a relatively good time to take on the Cuntalans, but by February they'll probably be smashing teams with regularity again.

I don't see Atlético as the 'easiest' draw myself, think they'd be equally adept at giving us a good pasting over two legs, but I suppose we'd be spared a Gareth Bale hattrick or more guaranteed diving from the likes of Alves that way.

"Easier" than Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona or (maybe) PSG...i.e. still difficult!

Atletico, Madrid or PSG in terms of a great away day and I feel we could beat them maybe not Madrid but you never know with Özil.

Should we draw R. Madrid, Munich, Barca or PSG, what is the likelihood of a Red Member getting a ticket for the home leg? I would like to get a ticket to either Utd. at home (guaranteed a seat if your fast enough) or the home leg of this CL round, so any info would be much appreciated 8) .

Pretty good, both are weekday matches as you know, seem easier to get then, as well as for the CL matches ofter theres less demand, but I guess that depends on who they are playing :? , you may well get one on the ticket exchange as well if you dont get one in the red member rush ( )

Theres one or two for the Chavs game on ticket exchange at the moment

Cheers for your help, I would love to go and watch us play one of the big teams in the CL but as you say tickets will likely be sparse should we draw one of them :( The lower tier would be nice as well, but it seems they have been fairly rare for Red Member's to get this season.

Ticket exchange will likely be the way I'll get a ticket should I go to the CL match then, did that for the Napoli game, just a shame about the prices as the top tier and Club level (not going to sit there  ) require you to pay heavily.

Regarding the Chelsea game, I would go but I can't get the time off work :banghead:

No doubt the ground will continued to be littered with empty seats no matter how fast this game sells out (just like vs Bayern). Just to rub your face in it too. Annoys me to no end that there are legitimate, passionate fans who would love to be in there supporting the team yet half the stadium doesn't even bother turning up despite having a ticket. Take them off them. :banghead:

Maybe for Barcelona, not a chance for any of the other games!

Can't understand why everyone is worried who we get, as for me the way i see it, Is that none of those top teams would want to play us, let them worry about us and NOT them.

Bring it on !!! Red Army Red Army

Still hoping for Real or PSG.
