Another classic ass whipping at the hands of a big club under There's Only One.......blah blah the ref......fixture congestion.....more blah blah

Another day of pride to match the 8-2.......hope the banner made it

Just the inevitable Mourinho drubbing to bear before the progress really shows itself for what many of us knew it was I.e a quirk of the fixture list

Further proof that we'll never win a trophy under Le Bumhole......just 3 more years to endure after this one

ONE ARSENE WENGER.......THERE''S ONLY ONE ARSENE WENGER

3 more years after and that will be 11 years without a trophy. Wenger knows best.

By the way, lets see what the excuse is after we lose to Chelsea following a 9 day break - the longest that any team would have enjoyed between league games

The sad thing about today was it told us what most of us already knew.Come the big games Wenger is tactically inept. We are playing the best team in the country and we go gung ho.Twice we scored within a minute they scored.Kamikaze defending

Ozil went missing again will he be a Cazorla and not turn up for the big games?.Wilshere looked like a little boy lost and Ramsey has hit the wall

The signs were there v Everton and Napoli but Wenger was blind to it.New contract my arse

In the game I watched we gave as good as we got and contributed fully to an entertaining game which, although we were always chasing, could have gone either way. City deserved to win - but 3 goal margin was definitely harsh. There were at least 3 incorrect offside decisions, a blatant penalty not given and a very debatable one given at the other end (if there was contact then it was Milner finding Chesney's leg rather than the other way round)... Trouble is that every one of those 5 critical decisions went against us!

Add to that the ridiculous scheduling that meant we travelled back from a tough game in Naples in the early hours of Thursday morning and then play the earliest of the weekend kick offs...

Went into this game with a real fear that we'd be found out - but performance (if not the scoreline!) proves we deserve to be considered as title contenders!!!
Arsene - is that you?

You forgot to mention that we need a winter break too mate

Nice to Dzeko left on the bench for them, and Navas on to replace Aguero

Not a patch on Super Nic.....

Still we know that nobody is available to improve the squad or at the 'right price'

This constant slagging is the reason I rarely post on here... I haven't looked back over the last few weeks, but imagine that some of you have just been biding your time waiting for any sign of cracks. The performance today was 100 times better than the 8-2 and 1000 times better than Spurs losing 6-0 up there. Even if a couple of those poor decisions had gone in our favour we'd have been looking 5-4 rather than 6-3...

And no, I don't think there should be a winter break and Arsene wouldn't share my views on what we should do in the January transfer window...but I do feel as positive about Arsenal now than at any time over the last 5 years, and didn't see anything today to make me feel otherwise!

FFS very very very embarrassing SIX    but there are surely positives,

to compare with 8-2 is totally stupid- Citeh have only conceeded 2 goals all season, so 3 scored at least is good- they are miles better than Manure were on that day line up wise arent they?

There were 3 BAD decisions- Bendy was surely onside, so was Giroud, and there was a certain pen IMHO. The ref/assists were the villains I thought .

To blame Le Prof for Ozil and Wilshere today seems odd- Ozil again was very quiet and his corners were pretty poor. Wilshere was v poor, though did have a good shot, but Santi hasnt set the world on fire this year has he  .

TV was OK but his positioning wasnt good for the 4th, and the pen was a pretty good dive.

Its the best show against Citeh there this season from a pl side :rubchin: :rubchin:

The Ozil bit at the end is a very big worry- he didnt react to BFG at all- WTFWTFWTF. The support again was great.

Was also disappointed to see Wally buttering up Lesbo Nas at the final whistle, OK out of camera shot maybe but thats a real red rag to me :banghead: :banghead: - at least he didnt ask for his shirt

Sure the usual suspect will seemingly gloat at some of us who have some faith in this team, but think its not the right interpretation. The Chavs game will be a better measure I would think.

VERY DISAPPOINTING BUT NOT A TOTAL DISASTER surely :?

If you want to say something then say it... Don't just fucking post smilies against your mates post. This forum has gone so far down over the last few years. Where's the proper debate rather than just slagging and sarcasm...??

So fucking clickey (apologise for spelling by the way  !) and too many people spending their time supporting the anti-wenger bandwagon than supporting Arsenal. And, yes, confident that we will beat Chelsea!!

I don't know what game you were watching either mate to be honest. City spared us a beating that could have been worse than the 8-2. The bucktoothed lesbian alone could have had a hat-trick and in that last half an hour it would not be an exaggeration to say they could have clocked up double figures. Every time we scored a goal I knew within minutes they'd be straight back up to get another.

And what did you think of Ozil - an absolute lame duck performance from the so called superstar bought to stand out in games like this one

The 8-2 at United saw the likes of Jenkinson, Djouoru and Traore starting for us, and by the end the likes of Lansbury chucked in at the deep end. Today was our supposed first choice team - the regular back five (less Gibbs who most on here slate anyway), Ozil, Ramsey, the Marseille Mercenary (who in fairness created some fantastic chances......for City), Giroud etc

Our first choice team got their fucking arses tanned and even if the decisions had been slightly more favourable and we'd scored another two, it would have ended up 8-5 because City were picking us off at will whenever we got one back

Only positive for me was Theo

Mr Arsenal would be proud of the BFG!!

BFG !! We've got a BFG!!!! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

I Love you Mert!!! :bowing21: :bowing21: :bowing21:

About time we had a Captain who isn't afraid to bollock his team unlike our ever so gently gently with the players ego's waste of fecking space manager!

Ozil !!!...oi! You walking off the pitch ignoring those who pay your wages!!!!

You earn more money in a week than many of us Gooners do in as many years/decades...WE pay your wages...you ungrateful twat, whilst you are being massaged after the game then ferried in luxury back to london those same Gooners who pay your wages - will have to endure a 5 hour journey back home - knowing the club they love and have supported since childhood lost today because players like YOU Did NOT SHOW UP.

City will have come off today knowing that they'd been in a game. We missed a lot of chances in that game as well...

As for Ozil, can't recall the last time I saw him play well. But he does at least keep the assists tally moving, and the odd goal. Thought Wilshere played ok today - with heart. Good to see Walcott getting back to something like his pre-injury form as well.
