If We Go To Penalties Tonight

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

If We Go To Penalties Tonight

Post by dvbrisgooner1 »

Just heard on SSN that Arsene says we are prepared for penalties.

Thinking about the 2 goalkeepers it could be the lowest scoring shootout of all time. Almunia (for all his faults) and Reina have exceptional records in shootouts. 1-0 on penalties would do me though, if my ticker can stand it!!!

Here an Interesting one, If offered to you NOW, Would you take it going to penalties?! I'm really not sure, I really think I'd just prefer a bloody 3 / 4-0 either way to put me out me misery. Really not sure me heart could take pens...
