Abou Diaby - Injuries Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

When our season crumbles around us by the end of March, you'll all be glad that the twinkle toed genius is back to kick start our bid for the virtual trophy.

A couple of decent months at the end of this season, a full pre-season and Abou will back to his imperious best ready to take his rightful place in our new look midfield

Of course with his contract running untl Summer 2015, next year is a pivotal year for the great man - playing for that extension that will see him 10 years a Gooner and earning a worthy testimonial

Think we should be proud of one of our longest serving players to be honest.....

I can see it now, he comes on as a 75th minute sub in late March, touches the ball once before his sawdust knee explodes and before ya know it, he's back in the treatment room sitting on his hole doing sweet fanny adams earning millions.

WHAT A LIFE :barscarf:

Yes, that may well be so but knowing Diaby's luck, once he's risen he'll no doubt stumble into a burning bush and spend 9 months in the burns unit! :banghead: :D
