NEWCASTLE GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

On further reflection Poldi has never had many 90min runs in the team either.

If only Podolski was French :(

Mind boggling that he's gone with the hopelessly out of form Giroud.

For you, me and the majority of sensibly minded individuals Rodders Yes! BUT this is the genius :? who knows more than any other Arsenal Aficionado having been in football for 30years

The dull twat should have had Pods on from the start - he was on fire for his brief run out against . W.spam - it was he who changed the mood and energy of the game, leading by example.

For some reason the same named genius (NOT) seems to only think Podolski worthy of 20 minute appearances - I wonder if that has anything to do with the fee Arsenal have to pay if he plays for more than a certain amount of time

I just hope Flamster doesn't get carried away with any of his manic diving in tackles.....the barcodes will be in our faces trying to close us down and dictate the tempo and rhythm of the game from the start.

ARSENAL WIN ! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

I wouldn't have Wilshere in the 11 for an away game full stop right now. Ref's may buy his falling over at home but he'll get no luck away.

I don't understand why our brilliant leader sticks cazorla out wide when he excelled 3 days ago in the middle. He can't track debuchy down that flank. AW utterly clueless.

Wilshere = the fall guy ! :banghead:

Carzola - ball watching (Again)

Pods would bury more chances than Giroud. :?

See that conversation between the Buddha and Pods on the bench then??

Buddha saying 'waht ya reckon'?

Pods just shook his head and whispered 'Naaah not with inspector clueless in charge'.

Not playing too badly, but pretty toothless up front again. It's like we have to wait for something to happen to kick us into action, whether that's going a goal down or the clock ticking past the 65 minutes mark... :?

Who would have thought playing a totally out of sorts Giroud up front would make us so toothless in attack?

Just so predictable. Slow build-up, too many passes, and nobody wants to shoot. Teams have sussed us out and it's getting frustrating and actually a bit boring to watch these days.
