LIVERPOOL V ARSENAL TONITE

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Good call son! [/sarcasm]
Don't worry, we've got the natural goalscoring talent of Hleb, Diaby and Eboue going forward...

my big worry is that Crouch - like he did on Saturday and like Drogba did - will win all the aerial battles with Gallas and Phil and hold it up for Torres to take it on. I fear that Gallas will not be able to cope with Crouch's ability, and Senderos won't be able to cope with Torres' pace. :?

COME ON ARSENAL!!

Yeah, but RvP is clearly not ready, so what option did we have??

Personally, I think Wenger has done the sensible thing. IMO Bendtner and Walcott aren't ready for such an occasion - their role will be purely that of "super sub" in the unlikely event that we aren't already 3 or 4 goals up

I think L'pool with an attacking formation is good for us. Should give the midfield more room than the last 2 games. It'll be high scoring and we'll get at least 2 8)

I'm not the greatest Walcott fan you'll ever find (and that's an obscene understatement, by the way), but he didn't seem particularly phased during the Carling Cup Final last year.

And Bendtner scored against Liverpool on Saturday, so should help his confidence.

I just don't trust Adebayor on his own up front. His impact will probably be similar to Bergkamp's in the 2005 FA Cup Final.

Really nervous. I hope the lads can do something tonight. I hope the occassion can lift them as they've looked tired during the trilogy.

Come on the Arsenal
