Do you conversations with other fans normally have a direct impact on transfers?Sam59 wrote:Don't know why people even think the name Costa. And please God not Giovinco. Ask any Juve fan what they think of him. Don't say you're an Arsenal fan as they'll talk him up to get rid of him. There are plenty Juve players I'd love at Arsenal, but not him.

We only signed Silvestre because some Man Utd fan bigged him up in front of a Gooner from Basingstoke and that gullible Gooner actually believed himnorthbank123 wrote:Do you conversations with other fans normally have a direct impact on transfers?Sam59 wrote:Don't know why people even think the name Costa. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger wants to sign Schalke playmaker Julian Draxler, 20, for £35m and then turn him into the new Robin van Persie.

Tht sums us up lets buy an attacking midfielder for 35m to turn him into a striker, you would think it simpler just to buy a fucking striker, mind you if he did buy a striker he would probably try and turn him into a centre half.

Fixed for free!GranadaJoe wrote:With Milan in disarray, little chance of CL qualification and with some very high wage earners I wonder if Super Mario might be available. He'd be a good option because he can play wide as well.

Stupid b*stard is too dumb to realise that if we meet draxler's release clause fee then there is nothing they or schalke can do about it

This is what it means to be Tottenham, this is what it means to be small, augie wrote:mcdowell42 wrote:http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... er-3026201

What a pathetic little club with it's pathetic little club mentality.
Re: January transfer rumours thread
If Schalke were thinking about selling Draxler to one of the Spuds' Thursday night rivals like Swansea or Southampton I could understand his stancemcdowell42 wrote:http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... er-3026201

37 million for a 20 yr old...you're having a giraffe.
Look at how the Lamela deal is working out for the spuds - he might not make the WC either ...
