Let's All Laugh At Man Utd! (Merged thread)

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Wenger, Gazidis and Wiggy will be praying for a Chavski win. That together with Everton dropping points on Monday night will mean that the wet dream of the Virtual Trophy is a step nearer

Is it bad that I just had a 'moist moment' at the mention of the VT ??

Not at all - every time I think of Carrow Road in May, I have to make sure I know where the tissues are

Going round a chav mate's house to watch this afternoon's game. Really don't know what result I want here. Think on balance I want the mancs to lose just so I can continue to wind up the plastic Surrey Mancs I know!

As always when close rivals are playing each other I want 0-0, 2 sent off, 2 carried off.

I too want the Mancs to suffer, and while a draw might boost their morale a bit, one point will do nothing for their league position, so a draw would suit us best.

DB10 etc will understand how frustrating it is to listen to plastic 'Pool fans and plastic United fans in Dublin/Ireland.
Ideal scenario would be top three as it stands now with Everton getting the VT..That would be the ultimate kick in the teeth for Moyes.

BWK - have you noticed the serious downturn in the amount of manure jerseys and tracksuit tops/jackets around Dublin lately? Fucking city used to be crawling with them... not anymore...
Received an e.mail from a travel company taht I have used in the past. they run boat/coach trips to Arsenal games in North of England also do Victim and Man ure package. didn't read the e.mail but it did offer me Man Utd v Cardiff for €89 ...says a lot .

Not only that but in a fortnight's time its City v Chavski.....so a chance that the gap could be wider still if we can beat Saints and Palace in that time.

I love a two horse race. Last time we were in one we came fourth :D

Because we're absolutely fucking spineless when it comes to the big games....and NOTHING has changed in that regard this season

United are playing against them like we did in the League Cup

It'd be better if Chelsea lost but that doesn't look like it'll happen.

It does show though that Man Utd are a shadow of the team that won the league last year and we should've beaten them.

Shame it didn't go on for another half hour . They might have killed each other.
