I am numb to the bone

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I am numb to the bone

Post by arsenalpricey »

I'm sorry fellow gooners but I am numb to the bone, I can not remember feeling this upset since I was 10 years old and we had just lost to Luton town in the littlewoods cup final 3-2.
I cried my eyes out then, and I really felt like crying my eyes out tonight also.
How much of a roller coaster was that?
When Theo made that unbelievable run to set up Ade for his goal I think I went more crazy than I have ever done before, I am truly numb and I do not no what to say.

Again, know what you feel.. But i just had the feeling, that if there was a team that can concede in this situation again it's Arsenal. so typical.

Rollercoaster is not the word.

I'm a combination between gutted and proud - when we finally win the CL it will make even more special.

Yeah.... I still can;t believe it.

I just want to lash out and blame someone....but whats the point

Are we unlucky? or is wenger just a poor tactician? after all, Rafa has taken Liverpool to the semis in the CL 3 times in 4 years (I think)...wengers done it..what?...once in 11years  AND with better players!

unbelievable!

The thing that realy gets to me is we have been done over by dodgey refereeing ..... AGAIN!!! Last saturday it was the blatant hack on fabregas tonight it was the amature dramatics of a certain dutch bastard and last wednesday it was the tugging of his lover from amsterdam the twat faced kuyt. Time and time again we see these decisions go against us, when is someone going to finaly admit that refereeing a game of modern football is a job for more than one man. All that needs to happen is to have the referee to have a link to a room of blokes watching every angle of the match and these kinds of dopey decisions would stop ruining what are supposed to be the greatest sporting competitions in the world.
