Hello!

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Most of my relatives live in and around Glasgow,ie: Barrhead,East Kilbride, and Glasgow itself.
What's your favourite Whisky?
By the way,I got some Tablet, and Lees Macaroon bars sent down last week! :D
Cheers lad,

I'm more on the Edinburgh side myself however I'm in Glasgow quite a lot.

I'd say my two favourite whiskeys are Talisker and the Old Famous Grouse!
What about yourself?

Also Get yourself some Irn Bru sent down aswell! Can't go wrong :D
Jesus I really should read through before asking stupid questions.

Is Bar Kohl still going, used to go there quite a lot in my younger days. Many a flavoured vodka was drunk there

The "Juras" and Talisker. The Tablet and Macaroon bars are mainly for people in my office who didn't know what the fuck I was on about, but we occasionally get food parcels brought down containing Square sausage,Potato Scones,Black Pudding,(which I hate),and Dumpling.
The Irn Bru is mostly used as a hangover cure! :D
The lad who manages our local store used to run one in Scotland, and swears that Irn Bru tastes 100% better from the glass bottles rather than cans or plastic bottles.I think that it may be just a myth, any thoughts?

Irn Bru number 1 hangover cure no doubt!

Funnily enough I was out for breakfast this morning and ordered an Irn Bru with my food,

90% of the time you are served a can or plastic bottle however today I was served a glass bottle and I thought to myself this definitely tastes better, so I'd have to agree with that point :D
