Moving On and Looking Ahead

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Right then, who's going to Old Trafford on Sunday? Win there, easy.

IF WENGER'S POST MATCH COMMMENTS ABOUT THE PLAYERS' DISAPPOINTMENT AND WHAT THE REST OF THE SEASON HELD IN STORE WAS ANYTHING TO GO BY, I DON'T THINK THE LADS HAVE A HOPE IN HELL OF RAISING THEIR GAME AGAIN SO SOON AND OVERCOMING UNITED.

PERHAPS WE THE FANS SHOULD START MENTALLY PREPARING OURSELVES FOR ANOTHER PERFORMANCE AND RESULT LIKE THE ONE WE GOT UP THERE IN THE FA CUP THIS SEASON. :(

I really don't think i have the strength to handle another defeat on saturday.

If we won't win the league, than this season must be one of the most disappointing ones. We had the title in the bag, but we fucked it up, just like all the pundits said. I had so much belief in this team, we were amazing at times, but the side wasn't strong enough i guess.

I just hope wenger will drop his ego and start buying some quality to the team. We need players like torres in the team if we are to get anywhere.

We didn't ever have the title in the bag. A 5 point lead with games to go was never unasailable. We haven't been good enough this season but it's not time to turn on our team. The lads have given their all to try and win the League but its not quite happened. Dont panic and call for wholesale changes. A few good buys and we can challenge again. Keep the faith!

Give one last passionate performance, if we win then keep going to try and get second place, put a little pressure on. Draw or defeat, we should experiment and rest players to give squad players like Djorour and Song a chance, prepare for next season

Confident? Not the way we are defending no but it would be just like Arsenal to give us a cruel ray of hope by winning this
