team for rest of season

team for rest of season

Post by burns718 »

baring the manure games cos i really wana win it. but hows about this tem for the rest of the season, just to bed players in and get them ready for next season, experience wise.

fabianski

sagna senderos(c) djouru clichy

walcott diaby song gibbs

bender RVP

this is no reflection on how the normal 11 have played but just think this would be a good oppertunity to really see wat some players have got after a run of games with no pressure

i would but i'd leave RVP out and play one of the other kids.

clichy i would rest and sagna if he isn't fit.

but if i had just bought tickets for those games i'd be pissed. plus we still want 3rd or even 2nd if pos so wenger will not weaken the team.

So nobody is worried about the difference between 2nd and 3rd then  After all, it's only a guaranteed entry into CL for 2nd isn't it!
Never mind, lets play a weakened team and have to endure the qualifiers. What's a few extra games here and there :?:

Sorry, but we'd get raped if we play that team up at OT on Sunday.

Even if the league is now gone (a win on Sunday and we have a chance again), we should still be playing for second place which results in automatic Champions League qualification, rather than having to play someone like Zagreb in a qualifier.

We should be fielding as strong a side as possible on Sunday. Give Theo his chance though, he must be one of the freshest players in the squad, and with his contribution lately he deserves his chance.

Did you not watch the stiffs game on ATV early this week. If it wasn't for him we would have got seriously stuffed. As it was we drew 1-1.

wouldnt play bendtner as it's unfair on ticket holders.

Would like to see Walcott given a free rein against Reading just behind Ade, where Hleb sometimes plays.

I'd start playing Lehmann in the hope that he'll have gotten over his blundering phase and will stay with us. Time to face facts we need a world class keeper and Almunia will never be that.

Put Hleb back on the Right, he's shite on the left, Stick Gibbs out on the Left for the Reading game, see how he does, from what i've seen of him he looks promising plus he's the only naturally left sided player we have.

Central Midfield i'd keep the same as they've been playing well.

I'd give Song another go at Centre back as he's been great from what i've seen of him, better than Blunderos anyway. Toure's gonna have to stick it out on the right, Clichy's where he is even if he's completely lost his confidence of late, might get it back now all pressure is off us. Gallas you've gotta leave there or he'll be straight out to the nearest paper talking bollocks again, which we really don't need at the moment.

Eboue i wouldnt even stick as ball boy as he'd probably fuck that up aswell

as i said this does not include the manure game.

i really think that chavs have got 2nd now an we would really feel the benifits of these players gaining a lot more experiance
