As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
nobodies going to be slagging off kallstrom whatever hes called when he bangs in the vital goal that secures us fourth spot on the last day of the season to win the virtual trophy again, all together now 'THERES ONLY ONE FUCKING ARSOLE WENKER'
it is truly shocking.
He obviously wants a striker as we tried to get Ba in the summer and have since lost wally.
we are now scraping around with a few hours left trying to get Kalou/Klose on loan...is that really all we could come up with since august...i dont know whether to laugh or cry...i would says its unbelievable but its all so depressingly predictable.

Panic buy etc etc, however he is still a quality player, but again blows the wenger over 30 year old issue up, and shows most likely a panic than a cunning stunt
We do love a loan deal these last few years don't we? Leave it with all this stop-gap shit ffs. Act like a proper club, go out there and actually buy a quality player or two. Fucking hell.

#Afc board were happy to meet #Schalke fee for Draxler & keen this month to avoid summer battle, but AW valuation lower & unwilling to budge
this is what surprises me - we are short in two areas (at least) in a world cup year, and there's not one quality international sitting on the bench somewhere that wants some games, that would be available for a loan or a free in the summer ????
every single window we should be looking at bringing in 3-4 players, young and old, to allow for injuries, suspensions, loss of form, players let go etc etc
in two windows we've had Ozil, sanogo and Viviano & Kallstrom on loan.....
for the highest ticket prices in football with the second largest ground in England its pathetic.

Arsene FC. If there's any doubt that he's the one who holds all the power at our place, that just about blows it out the water...

I hate loan deals...very small club mentality if you ask me
If I need a new car, what is the point of me repeatedly hiring one for a few weeks or months at a time? I gotta bite the bullet, cough up and buy one surely!

IF IF IF IF IF.........this is true then there are no words to describe how wrong our club is. How can money issues all be down to the manager?
silus wrote:so been knocked back for loans for kalou and now klose...so with 5hrs left of transfer window Le Prof(?) has realised we need a striker and has tried to get a shit Chelsea reject and an over the hill 35 yr old to go with the over the hill 31 yr old midfielder we are getting.... panic stations me thinks
Would that be the same striker that we needed in the summer ? Dillied and dallied and didn't get ?
So with 31 days to get a move organised we desperately make a move on deadline day - marvellous, hope they are top top quality like Sanogo.
This is interesting maybe. We definately need someone to actually get a free kick in- when did we last actually score directly from a free kick
=BBC BBC World Service's Steve Crossman reports: In Kim Kallstrom, Arsenal are getting a player I wish had left Lyon for the Premier League nearly four years ago.
In April 2010 his Champions League season ended at the semi-final stage after defeat to Bayern Munich.
Along with Miralem Pjanic, who went on to star for AS Roma, he had been an important figure in the success of a Lyon side which had earlier ousted Manuel Pellegrini's Real Madrid over two legs.
He's mobile, he can play anywhere across the midfield and he takes a mean free kick.
