As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
To all those who thought Diaby was laying in his hospital bed counting his money this picture proves he isnt.Good to see him up on his foot again. All those get well soon cards SteveO are working
When Abou is running the show at Anfield, OT and the Etihad next season this little pic will be brought back to remind everyone of their cruel comments on here
I'd hate to be a talented employee who got seriously ill at your workplaces.
More support for the great man during these difficult times for him please
I've heard a rumor that he's stopped taking wages from the club, and may announce his retirement soon. Diaby's story will be a very sad one when all is said and done.

How is retiring, after captaining Arsenal to a treble and then leading France to World Cup victory in 2018, a "sad story?"

It would be a sign of the man's greatness not to accept wages, and agreed when he retires it will be a sad loss for Arsenal and football generally

Lets pray its not happening
It's never nice to see any players career ended prematurely by injury (even one that enjoys wearing scum jersies ) but I have to say that if I was given the choice between him retiring now or staying with us for a few more injury prone years then I would opt for his retirement everyday of the week
mmmmm let's see.......retire now and pay for private medical or stay at Arsenal and get free treatment and 50k a week for another year, for nothing........tough choice but even brain dead Droopy will choose the Arsenal option methinks!!
