Today was exactly the type of game that Liverpool have to be able to win if they are going to finish top 4. Their fixture list is predominantly made up of home games against tougher teams and away games against sides down the bottom.

They've prospered this season from regularly beating the shit teams at home in the first half of the season - unless they can change their habits of the last few years and start regularly winning games away to teams fighting for their life not only will they drop those points but they'll also not build any form/momentum for those tricky home games.

Big game tonight!

I'm hoping for a draw or Chavs win , preferably with a few injuries and red cards for both teams :barscarf:

I know it won't do us much good, but I hope Citeh put 6 past the chavs tonight, just to shut that fucking mouthpiece mourinho up.

Agree 100%. By the end of March, City will be over the hills and far away anyway, so I'd love to see that bitter tosser trying to find someone else to blame for an absolute pasting

We'll see what tactics he employs up there tonight having slaughtered West Ham for daring to defend at the Bridge

Jose will park the bus tonight just like he did when they came to ours before Christmas. Only difference is City have the strikers to make them pay and I fully expect them to win tonight.

they're right up there with the chav oil looters and haringey mob for me. Can't stand them either. Think I hate Chelsea more than anyone though. Joint 2nd place then.

It will Sid, it'll keep us 2nd longer to be 5 points above the chavs and a real demolition might knock their confidence off and on the pitch.

City are a joy to watch and I hope they get a fucking hatful tonight.

Same as when they played Spurs...I want it to be a draw but once City score more than one, I hope they batter Chelsea

It won't look as negative though. Even if they take a pasting Citeh tend to play such expansive football at home that even if you go there intending to sit back any half-decent teams will be able to carve out a few chances on the break.

We were comprehensively dicked up there and only really turned up for 10-15 minutes and we scored 3 times and fluffed a fair few good opportunities aside from that.

As I am utterly convinced we have no chance of winning the league, I want City to totally humiliate them 6-0.
