THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Never mind for or against this Man has to be our next manager.

http://metro.co.uk/2014/02/05/is-boruss ... g-4291839/

He knows about tactics.

He knows how to laugh off Maureen's BS whilst beating him on the pitch and his sense of humour will make supporting the Arsenal fun again,

Staggering that in the four league games we've lost we've conceded 15 goals of the 26 goals all season. When we lose we lose big. I thought BFG was carrying an injury he barely ran back to even try and distract any attempt at goal. Reckon TV5 will be back in for utd.

is there any chance that the Emirates crowd might actually turn on Wenger if we don't win any of the next 3 at home?

The majority of the sheep don't have the will to fight, much the same as the team that Wonga has built yet again. Don't expect any changes unless Wonga chooses to go.......and he still might as our season crumbles completely in the next 3 weeks......AGAIN!! :banghead: :banghead:

After 500odd pages I've come to the conclusion 90% of people on here would never have followed the arsenal in the 70's early 80's ....

Very true, I remember hoping we wouldn't get relegated.
Now here we are 2nd in the prem, and its like the end of the world on here.
I hope to god we beat the mancs and get back on track. :barscarf:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

We had our chances in January to get in the quality players we needed to actually do it this time. However the chances weren't taken or even grasped at. When you look at what we eventually went for its embarrassing, Kalou, Klose (8 years ago yes he'd be good) Kimberlina the Ballerina.

Shamming his way to £8m a year for another 3 years, In arsene we rust. :banghead:

I know, teams like Yeovil and Huddersfield and so many others would love to trade places with us.

And who wants to end up like another Portsmouth/Rangers/Leeds???

And I'm sure everyone in the 70s and 80s would have been delighted to see our players celebrating what our manager confirmed was equal to a trophy as we finished 20 points off the leaders and continued to extort fans.
