As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

As a sheepshagger (sorry Welshman ), how proud are you of Bale? And do you feel along with Rambo, that them two can take Wales to Euro 2016?
I'm not sure I'd say I was "proud" but I do have a lot of respect for him when it comes to international football. To his credit he is willing to play friendlies unless he has a genuine injury concern and it clearly means something to him to wear the shirt. Contrast that with Ryan Giggs who as captain went a farcical 9 years without playing a friendly (and only broke that run when we played Brazil) and amassed a paltry 64 caps for a player who could have been a key player for two decades. I'm sure everyone will point to the longevity and success of his club career as justification but how he gets labelled a Wales legend when he didn't give a shit is beyond me.
Wales are good enough to get to Euro 2016, Belgium will win the group but they could finish second above Bosnia or certainly third above Israel for a play-off berth. Although if they do make it to wait for a major finals will be tainted for me given half of Europe will be migrating to France for it, 24 teams is ridiculous. Unfortunately Coleman is a complete dinosaur and has undoubtedly overlooked the reason for Wales' resurgence under Speed which was fitness/conditioning and a very scientific approach based around coach Raymond Verheijen. I didn't think we could get anyone more hapless or out of kilter with modern methods than Toshack in his second spell but then again the FAW going to extreme lengths to find new levels of incompetence shouldn't surprise me.

I'm sorry, I've looked, and I just can't see anywhere in that where you have mentioned that MonkeyBale is an ex-vermin piece of shit that looks like an arsehole with that stupid fucking grin and pathetic heart symbol goal celebration. I note too no mention of the fact he deserves a swift punch in the throat. What gives?
