Tickets for Wembley

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Can't under estimate Wigan however, even if they are the league below us, they'll be really up for it.

Wigan just beat Manchester City, so therefore the FA Cup is definitely ours. Great logic.

Favourites now but I could see all 3 of the other sides still in it turning us over on an off day.

Absolutely, but they've rode their luck massively here today, that block on the line was unbelievable and the Championship fixture list is congested enough as it is for them because of the backlog from their European campaign, they should be well and truly knackered by the time the SF rolls about.

Wigan and Millwall got 31,000 each, Wigan returned 10,000 and we're sold to neutral.
Isn't a lot of it down to this Club Wembley thing were people bought 10 year season tickets to get them into all the main events? They sold a lot of those to pay for the £900m spunked on the place
There is also a lot of tickets available to the "football family" - all local county appointed referee's and linesman can apply for 2 tickets, also any FA affiliated local club team can apply for 2 tickets but have to do so at an early stage (round 3/4 I think)
Obviously not all take up the opportunity, but if you play for a local team check with your club secretary there may be a ticket or two going (particularly as no Man U / Chelsea / Liverpool in the final)
That's how I'll get tickets if we make it to the final. My mate's dad is pretty high up in the Blackburn Rovers hierarchy and he gets a couple of tickets each year for the final. My mate said he'd hold them for me if Arsenal made it to the final. Pretty shit but I won't complain thoug, will I?

we need to remember what happened in 2011 but if we don't win this cup now, wenger will have no choice to resign, with any luck the media will build up up again ready for any fall that may follow.
however, that is fucking brilliant  get in wigan, now bend over for us will you? :barscarf:

Nah, it will be more painful and thus more our way if we beat them easily and then lose to Hull in the final.

In my years of following the Gooners I've seen us beat Liverpool, Manchester United, Newcastle and Sheffield Wednesday (when they were a top half PL side) in domestic finals

I've seen us lose to Ipswich Town, West Ham, Luton Town and Birmingham City

So with Wigan, Hull and Sheffield United left I'm hoping that for fucking once we beat this shite out of sight.....but not counting my chickens
