Tickets for Wembley

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Im not sure even The Arsenal would be allowed to charge quite that much per ticket

Funny how fans of big clubs - especially ours - are often run down and painted as clueless glory hunters whilst fans of North-West tinpot clubs are painted as humble committed fans.

These clubs like Wigan and Bolton get twice as many fans that will pay a small fortune and flock to see them play in London than will pay pennies to watch them play against PL opposition in their own back yard.
I've got a slight moral dilemma with this one with possible jinxing thrown into the mix too.

I should have no problem getting a ticket (15 away credits) but I would really love to take my son (something of a lucky mascot, 11 games, 10 wins, 1 draw).

I mentioned this to the guy I sit with in terms of getting a spare if anyone around us isnt going and hes top of the list, but has said I would stand a better chance if I offered up my potential final ticket (theres the jinx) as compo for someone missing the semi

So - take my son to the semi and not go to the final (possibly) or dont take my son, and go to both (possibly)

:(

To give a bit of further context, I missed the 2003 final because he'd been born two days before, and then missed the last game of the invincibles season because it was his 1st birthday
Well I think he's caused you enough grief-both games without him I think-not worth the risk!

http://www.arsenal.com/match/report/131 ... icket-info

Allocation details out (42,000) , looks pretty good and I cant imagine any season ticket holder wanting a ticket to be denied.

I'm only a red member so don't expect to get a ticket but with 42,000 tickets surely this will go to silver members as well?
