Chavski match thread.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Wait till tomorrow on Arsehole.com

"We have to come back stronger"
"We will recover from this"
"The spirit in this team is unquestionable"

After a 2-1 home win against Swansea

"Remarkable character"
"We have bounced back every time questions have been asked"

After a 1-4 home defeat to City

"We have to fight till the end"
"I do not accept this season is the same as last year"
"Unlucky with injuries"
"Special circumstances"

If anything surely it is WENGER letting the team down on the biggest occasions. We've scrapped brilliantly for wins against far lesser teams than Chelsea. But apparently the players don't give a shit when it's against one of the top top teams? How ridiculous.

No. More likely is the hard work and gutsy displays from the players that we have seen several times this season get completely wasted on confidence shattering occasions against quality teams where guts and sweat isnt enough. And the manager totally fails in his preparation. Why the media is blind to this I have no idea.

Absolutely a disgrace. The players let Wenger down, what a way to pay your coach in his 1000 game in charge.
Its a big shame and insult to the personality of the club and the coach.
Very poor from the players.

A goal for every 100 games would be a lovely tribute by Chelsea

I wonder if we'll beat Swansea and let in another 4 or 5 to City ?
