The abuse for Wenger is disgusting. It sickens me. I understand people think his time is up - but the abuse for a man who has devoted 16 years to something we all love is stupid. Keyboard warriors who are too thick to come up with a valid argument other than to wish the man dead? Your not an Arsenal supporter to me.
Injuries cost us today to an extent...some big big players missing. But we were shocking, disgusting even not worty to wear red and white.
It's not Wengers fault that players who have performed week in, week out bottled it today - Sagna, Kos, Artera are leaders and they all bottled it.
I Accept the debate and I agree to an extent...but there will be nobody hurting more tonight than Wenger. You can disagree with how he does things but you cannot say the man has ever not acted in what the thinks are the best thing for the club we all love.

So who is to blame for sending the side out unmotivated and then sitting there watching them fall apart, with nothing on the bench to change it in any way? Who trains these players week in,week out on defensive duties and tactics? Just why are Wenger's players bottling it in every big game for the last 9 years?Bendtners Drinking Buddy wrote:

Oh yes I can.

Hes not 'honourable'. Quite the reverse.
Hes doing what he thinks is best for Arsene FC. Not Arsenal FC, while pocketing an extraordinary amount of our money. Doing his project while a club of our stature becomes a laughing stock.
Have to laugh at this 'Arseene does what is best for Arsenal' shit.
Arsene does his best for Arsenes project as evidenced by David Deins (and others) interviews about Wengers 1000th game.
Jesus! How this man can be defended is beyond me.
Even if he is doing 'his best' .......its no fucking good ffs.

With the greatest respect that is bollocks......best interests? Re: Chavski match thread.
every manager does the best for their club but after a pasting or a few they have the balls to walk or the board have the balls to sack them, sadly this isn't gonna happen with us,if it takes a hate campaign to remove him then so be it,if I had the opportunity to meet Wenker face to face then id tell him straight,i don't need to sit behind a keyboard buddy.if you think these results or hammerings as most people call them are acceptable then you are as deluded as inspector clueless himself,i despair at some goonersBendtners Drinking Buddy wrote:The abuse for Wenger is disgusting. Why did he not buy anyone in January. Is he the only one on the planet that did not think we needed to strengthen in JanuaryBendtners Drinking Buddy wrote:but you cannot say the man has ever not acted in what the thinks are the best thing for the club we all love.

I could go on all day about tactics, motivation, ligue deux

the above quote shows everything that is wrong with OUR club.LDB wrote: It's how we respond now on Tuesday night [against Swansea] and the best way is not to explain too much the mistakes.
.
a manager who doesn't think we even deserve an apology or explanation for a THIRD heavy loss this season.
we being the people who page his very large wages.

Like the prick said he would......"if I don't win anything in the next 2 years I will have failed and will walk away"

BDB, I don't disagree that the players too were shit today but this is wenkers team and his tactics so you can blame players for not showing up in a game but after that it is down to the manager to ensure that it doesn't happen again and to alter his tactics to prevent it happening. Le cock plays the same formula, the same players and the same gameplan every single week and has learned nothing from the hammerings we suffered earlier in the season and he is 100% culpable there

I hate this bullshit about how "nobody will hurt tonight more than wenker".......I beg to differ - I would suggest that a man that has supported The Arsenal for almost 40 years and who will still be a Gooner long after le cock is gone, will suffer more than what is effectively a club employee.
How does this theory that the man always does what is best for the club, actually pan out ? Does selling your only quality striker and club captain to your rival, class as doing what is best for AFC ? Does fcuking about for 3 transfer windows without signing a quality striker (or any striker for that matter), class as doing what is best for AFC ? I would love to know how anybody, but especially wenker himself, could justify giving the man a new contract WITH A WAGE INCREASE based on his performance ? Maybe it is another example of the man putting his own interests above that of the club

Re: Chavski match thread.
Buying an injured player when a striker was desperately needed is doing something in the best interest of the club?Bendtners Drinking Buddy wrote:... but you cannot say the man has ever not acted in what the thinks are the best thing for the club we all love.
Going to Chelsea and starting a team with no midfield steel buy being riled up by Mou is in the best interest of the club?
Wenger has been bottling it. He needs to go. I have had the most respect for him as a coach but his time is up. His ancient tactics do not work anymore. I for one wouldnt wish him death just want him gone. He is delusional, one track and stubborn. Unlike SAF he doesnt know how to reinvent himself. So for the love of our dearly beloved club he should step down. Maybe take a boardroom seat (he would fit right in)

Been in utter desolation & media blackout the last 6 hours, absolutely scundered by that error strewn performance but most depressed that we learn nothing from the earlier away hammerings and the need to be solid, keep it tight defensively and try and pinch a goal.

Re: Chavski match thread.
today was worse than the 2-8 at Old Trafford
at half time at OT we were 3-1 down but still playing ok and there was still a little hope.
today after 17 minutes we were 3-0 down and down to 10 men - no hope.
what is particularly criminal is that this is not a one off freak result - the same thing happened at Anfield LAST MONTH!! wouldn't you have thought any manager with an ounce of common sense would have learnt something from that !! obviously not.
this cannot be allowed to continue. and it is not just down to Wenger. if the board are still prepared to offer this imbecile a new contract then they are more to blame than the manager.
