try opening a new window and going on i went on the see if it was as slow as everyone is saying (yes im very bored) and got in even though i cant buy a ticket.

I logged on to firefox which was playing up.. so i used internet explorer.

I was in a que from 9:30am got through at 10:10am.

Had problem with credit card details, and it crashed!
My basket had kept the tickets and I entered my details in again and it worked.

Got on about 20 past 9, didn't have the tickets bought until 10 past 11. Relieved now..

I think what he means, is that he logged on early so he was ready. like me!

but it still puts you through that long que for ages, some networks just quicker than others

I was logged on at 9am, and refreshed at 10:02 which is when I tried. Now getting closer 14 of 18.5 cms. I feel like a total geek watching that bar inch across.

I couldn't log in, just getting into the membership area you had to go through a queue.

And when you do get through on the phone you get a message then they basically cut you off.

Had the same issue even though had done all the ''crap'' in the email. Worked when I used the ''someone outside your network) - prompted for wife's gold membership and it came up and allowed me to assign the ticket and buy both. Probably more by luck than judgement but hope this helps.

Luckily I start my new job next month!

Been online, and spent way too much time on the phone (being on hold) speaking to arsenal trying to get semi tickets. A very helpful guy at arsenal eventually sorted me 2 tickets together over the phone alas in the upper tier as all the lowers had gone by this point!

I can now sign in and it all seems to be sorted, fuck knows what happened. I'm not even sure I want to go now
