Toffees (A) - Top 4 Trophy, Six Pointer Match Thread

Funnily enough today fucked me off more than any of our other shit recently. I'm going to struggle to sleep tonight, might help if I had Augie sat on a chair next to my bed ranting about Wenger, would doze right off with a smile on my face then.

There was a lot of verbal exchanges between fans stood around me in Row D on the 'balcony'. Two guys had to be split up at the end.

Wow. We have some real dummies on here. Blame Giroud for THAT??!!  Isolated, burnt out, overplayed in the wrong system? Fuck off. Blame the manager that won't buy a top top striker or play the striker he has in a system that might actually suit him. Blame the gutless lazy fuckers that won't get up there and help out. Yes, he was absolute shite yesterday, but they all were. We all know Giroud is not a top striker but to blame him for a performance like that is fucking retarded.

Sagna was absolute Uber-piss. Worst player on the pitch by a country mile. Offered nothing going forward as usual. got ass-raped down his wing. And his fear of taking on his man and having to almost constantly check back cost us a goal when he was robbed like a bitch. But he can't be blamed for the whole disaster either, as they were all fucking useless to one degree or other.

Every single player was piss yesterday. Slow, insipid, gutless, lazy. Jogging around. Tippy tappy at it's slowest and worst. Defending like children. Out fought, out passed, out muscled. But the worst bit for me was seeing the team sheet before kick off and knowing, fucking KNOWING, we would lose. Wenger must have thought "Hey! We're playing the team with the best two fullbacks in the league? I know - let's play Cazorla and Podolski out wide, two players renowned for not tracking back and covering their fullbacks often enough!!" Genius!! Fuck preperation, fuck tactics! Yaaaaayyy!! :x If someone like me who hasn't worked for 30 years in football can see that you must set up to deal with proven effective threats, then why can't Wenger? :x

Also, the ref should be struck off. How the fuck is standing directly in front of the keeper not interfering with play? And our goal was onside. Still, that doesn't excuse such a piss poor performance from us. Everton were by far the better team and deserved the win. It just annoys the bollocks off me that refs and linesmen can't get the big decisions right. Who knows? At 2-1 we might have nicked a scruffy late deflection or own goal and got a valuable if undeserved point. Maybe.

Only semi-positive is that Ramsey managed not to get re-injured and looked fairly sharp. But he is not match fit and did resort to the old stupid flicks and tricks a bit too... :? :|

Nice to see we learnt all the lessons from our previous away day stuffings......I mean we did an excellent job of not allowing them to bomb down our right hand side 2 versus 1 didn't we?

The goal that Lukaku scored just about summed up the modern Arsenal under Wenger. Acres of space to run down the right flank, cut inside without a tackle being made, game over.

I watched West Ham v Liverpool afterwards and even a defence containing the likes of Reid & Tomkins line up better than ours because even though I hate their walrus faced *word censored* of a manager, he (like the majority of the other 19 managers in the PL) can get a team to be tough to beat when he needs to.

Watched Inspector Clueless's interview afterwards. The poor guy is just so out of his depth in this modern world of young managers playing 4-3-3 and rich owners its unbelievable. Trying the same things that were great 15 years ago and hoping for the same outcome now as back then. I bet he uses 'dial up' internet connection at home and wonders why the blue bar takes forever to refresh

Giroud, let's get one thing straight here, how the fuck can he be tired when he's been a totally lazy *word censored* since Christmas? I know he's being played in a system that doesn't suit him but the one thing that really does piss me off is the praise that he works his bollocks off or the poor guy is tired as he's ploughed a solitary figure up top.

I'm glad he's being boo'd now, good job as the adulation he used to receive with that fucking song of his was way over the top!
