WTF????

Shameful for any sportsman or woman to limit their expections to finishing second, third or fourth. First is everything, second is nowhere, the game I love is gone to pot. Where did it all go wrong? :banghead:
I agree with this and that is what made Fergie such an amazing manager for us. He simply didn't accept anything less than 1st place.
Fergie also spent an absolute fortune for about 20 years of his tenure too. Wenger and his faux prudence have castrated our club in pursuit of one man's busted vanity project.
Do people still really believe that Wenger happily competed with Chelsea, City and Utd with tens of millions of pounds in the bank just lying there???
Jesus wept......talk about going over old ground......
Firstly, the board came out in January, and said they would authorise the 37 million move for Draxler, but Arsene thinking he is more than a football manager, decided he didn't think Draxler was worth that much, so we didn't buy him, and yes he has decided to not spend the money available, on more than one occasion. Secondly, tell me what excuse you have to explain why Wenger chose to wait until the last day of the transfer window in January, to try and get any striker he could on loan, despite knowing we needed one last summer(and had lost Walcott), and ended up with a no name swede on loan?

Funny, but when Spurs spunked over a 100m on seven players, many were saying what a great bit of business, getting in the players early......Levy and AVB were compared favorably to Wenger and our board.

Am frustrated as anyone...he's clearly got his faults and he's not going to change his ways.

Surely the signing of Ozil demonstrates a change of thinking??
Or am I just being brainwashed like all the others.......

Our strikeforce at the start of the season was: Giroud, Bendtner, Sanogo and possibly Walcott. We were short and whom did we sign? Özil for a king's ransom.

Walcott was injured with time to bring in a replacement in January. What did Wenger do? He signed a crocked midfielder.

Time and again we are left short at the business end of the seaon and that is the fault of one man. Guess who?

I exclude Podolski as Wenger has some sort of concern/problem with him and has sparingly used him.

Ozil is one of the greatest goal makers in the world but spunking 42 million quid on him to supply chances to our crop of "strikers" was a luxurious waste of cash. There's no point in having a Ferrari chassis if you're going to run it with a Lada engine.

The signing of ozil was mixed in with a free signing from milan that no other club wanted at the time (flamoney), an italian goalkeeper on loan from one of the smaller italian clubs and a 2nd division injury prone frenchman that was on the verge of quitting to become a postman and add to that we have since signed on loan an injury prone swedish player (with a broken back too  ) who was best his best 3 years ago and he wasnt all that back then either  I can see why one signing out of that lot would be enough to make you think that there has been a change in policy in le cock

Everyone is laughing at how the scum spunked 100m on signings last summer but of course they ignore the fact that they currently sit just 5pts below us - yes that is the same shithole club that have had a comical shite season but are still just 5pts behind a club (us) that by all accounts have turned a corner and has had their best season for years  It's lucky that levy is so shite at picking players to buy or else we would be finishing below them for the first time in years

That's an interesting scene you depict there One Bard.......

A female boss in specs? I'm pretty sure I've seen that movie before :rubchin:

Let me see, she' got the top 3 buttons of her blouse undone showing off her ample bosom, a short skirt, black high heels and legs up to her arse right? And she spends most of the day in her office with her knackers out sucking off the photocopier repair guy?

Cracking film 8)

For me, and clearly for many others, one of the most annoying aspects of recent performances has been the gutless, passionless way we've played.
I hate Pulis (I've hated him for a very long time) but he does seem to be able to instill passion, effort and belief into his teams. AW seems incapable of instilling anything positive into our players. There's no confidence, passion, effort, pace or fighting spirit in the team. You can be the most technically accomplished coach in the world but if you can't motivate your team you should give the job to someone who can.

It's well known that Wenger wants nice boys to play for his team but they never seem to have the stomach for the fight and neither does he.

Just look st he difference between Mourinho and Wenger !!
Mourinho changing players, running down the touch line to tell players how to change tactics ....

What a contrast with the flapping seated over paid Wenger ....

Spot the winner, and spot the man that does not know what to do

There's no debate any more... Even his players have lost respect for him , watch their body language , ,,, experienced sportsmen know what is going through the arsenal dressing room now.

Reality !

No debate ... Too much evidence

I flicked between the Dortmand game and the chavs,
I hate it but chavski played with passion, commitment,
Tactical awareness, team spirit.... Everything, absolutely everything we do not
Have!!!
Dortmand played in the same manner...
It truly saddens me when I watch our beloved team
Play the total opposite.

I was actually pleased for Chelsea tonight for the first time ever.
Reason- I don't consider them rivals anymore. We are a million miles away from playing like that.
