Who do people support where you live?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I was born inside Highbury  but since leaving the big cheese for the Fatherland, I've been able to appreciate being sausaged up on a regular basis. :D .

Obviously, FC Köln are everywhere here and are on the brink of promotion back to the Bundesliga. Non-League Fortuna Köln are top and vying for entrance into the league. They get around 1000, one of which is me on the occasions I can pop down.

And other than that as with any big city, you get Bayern, Dortmund, Schalke, etc...

British clubs wise there is a smattering of most major clubs. Arsenal, Celtic, Man Utd, Liverpool, Chelsea...and a couple of spurs   , etc...

North London:

Of people that grew up in the area, I'd say fairly even between Arsenal and Spurs but Man Utd not far behind in third, which is ridiculous. Many of them claim that their parents came from Manchester which seems statistically unlikely. Also a large proportion of people whose parents came from abroad (esp India) seem to support Man Utd/Liverpool. Don't remember many if any Chelsea fans at my school.

In Barnet, most people support the Bees to some extent but for many they are a second team behind a PL team.

Now in inner North London (incl boroughs of Camden and Islington) due to property prices, there is an interesting mix between people rich enough to afford to pay £1m+ for a house, council tenants and people from all over the UK and the world working for a few years and mostly renting. Arsenal are the number 1 team in these areas I'd say but it's a lot more mixed than I'd imagine central Liverpool/Newcastle/Manchester are.

I'd be very interested to see stats on where gold/silver/red members live.

Currently in Peterborough. Loads of Gooners here but equal amounts of chavs and scum fans too. As expected Citeh fans on increase particularly the younger element of City. Manure fans still out there but alot less visible this season. :D
