If Arsenal sacked their medical team then ironically they would have no need for a medical team.

The Ox is one to keep , Mert is another despite obvious limitations I do think he is an Arsenal player. The question is who would you clear out ?. Szcsesney, Fabianski, Monreal , Diaby, Bendtnar, Giroud, Arteta, and Wenger more importantly. Then on appointing our new manager I would only have one input into team affairs. The new manager would be ordered to know his players , and play them in correct positions.

As others have said, it's all dependent on whether Wenger is there or not. If he is, we'll not see huge changes. If he isn't, there are a lot of players in the squad that have been under performing but I'd like to see how they got on under a new manager.

The ones I'd definetely like to see moved on/replaced either way are Monreal, Diaby, Park (is he actually still technically an Arsenal player?) and Arteta. Already assuming the likes of Bendtner, Djourou and Flappy won't be coming back.

It comes down to what is realistic and what I suspect most of us would like to see happen.

I would like to see Wenger see out 4th place and win the cup and leave to allow the new manager time to bring in his own team/players etc. I think in the case of a new manager coming in he would want time to judge the squad he has inherited up close and in training each day, so either way I don't think we would see a lot of movement out of the club player wise, new boss or not. Apart from probably the likes of Vermaelen and Sagna as their contracts are expiring.

I think Wenger will still be here, so I think a new striker (but probably not the world class addition we are crying out for) and a right back to replace Sagna who I think is off, another back up goalie and perhaps a centre back. The rest he will look to promote from within or cite players returning from injury.

In dreamworld we could easily ship out 6 or 7 and bring in a similar number, but I think we all know that isn't happening!
