Victims FC to win the League, or who else will?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Weren't they supposed to be careful what they wished for replacing an old hand like Dalglish who once did great things with a young pup like Rodgers

They'll be like Portsmouth next season if they carry on doing such rash things

As predictable as a stingy ring after a vindaloo, this will be the 3rd out of 5 wins in a row cementing 4th spot and Wenger's new contract. What a time to be an Arsenal supporter.

Don't you go dissing Wenger's 'greatest ever achievement' mate. You ungrateful bastard - we've pulled clear of moneybags Everton by a point you know?

Thought I put this in the Newcastle thread but either way SteveO, I hope you are preparing for the 4th place BBQ followed by a march through Islington High Street in support of the greatest ever manager and frankly the reason why AFC still exists while being on the brink of bankruptcy.

I also look forward to plastic southern bindippers rubbing it in all summer. :barscarf:

Don't you worry buddy, there's a big T-Bone waiting for you when the Coach of the Decade seals the deal....whilst a bone of my own will be jutting out at a right angle when we show East Anglia's finest a thing or two on that final day of destiny. No place at the top table for Portsmouth, Leeds or Rangers all of whom should have been careful what they wished for.

That PL trophy Liverpool might win will count for nothing against the glory of 17 seasons of CL mediocrity. I bet Suarez is sitting there right now thinking "if only I could win the 4th place trophy" once in my career

I was tempted to lump money on them after "Stevie G" scored the last minute penalty winner against Fulham in February. Those sort of things go for you when you're going to win the league.

We were 8 points clear of Liverpool at the start of February. :banghead:

As the grievers get one hand on the premiership they are literally multiplying before me very eyes here in Singers !
It's like the invasion of the body snatchers swaying left and right to the sound of rogers and hammerstein !

Its all the more galling that we all knew THIS season was the one where if we played it right and strengthened the wafer thin squad we could win it with all our superiors changing managers ,instead we signed Yaya Sonagol to enter the new season with.

Hmm, I was wondering why the bin dipper fans were so unpopular with so many people and then, right on cue, a right gem of a reminder appears. Classy guy.
20 odd years of thinking you were being victimised by everyone, cos you were badly managed throughout, and now you think you are back where you belong.
