Hate Chelsea but so happy with them today..see some Victim fans have taken to social media condemning Chelsea's tactical approach today... Like Liverpool didn't do it and win trophies in a dark method way ( Cardiff 2001) ..Just cannot stand the media wankathon over them and their overrated captain. Just cannot stand their supporters quoting history they know fuck all about and I cannot stand this sense of entitlement their supporters have. Apart from that they are ok.

Pictures on Twitter of fighting outside Anfield yesterday...now who do we blame for that
?...Greatest fans in the world throwing bricks at the Man City supporters coach, fighting outside stadium ?? never... Watch last minute of injury time in yesterday's game, Chelsea break , Torres is through but before he reaches the Liverpool penalty some fans are heading to the exit in the background.

Man City will bottle it at Everton and Liverpool will still go on to win the league.
Watch this space.
The stars have aligned for them: all that slip by Gerrard means is he'll get his redemption when Liverpool secure the title at home to Newcastle - the journalists will run wild with that narrative.

Must admit that although I think Liverpool have been the best team to watch, I enjoyed watching them lose yesterday more than any other game this season. The close ups of their fans at the end was priceless.
And I love how some Liverpool fans I know are saying Gerrard was unlucky because he slipped. He slipped because he miscontrolled the ball not the other way round.
Just wondering though ... if they now do not win the title, will grounds up and down the country be made to hold a minutes silence? Or am I getting confused?

You're right, there'll be periods of silence across all English grounds followed by a candle-lighting ceremony broadcast live on all channels from Liverpool cathedral, the cup final will be cancelled and it will all be because of The Sun newspaper, The Conservative party, a supposedly outdated stadium, the Belgian police, UEFA or some sort of imagined conspiracy against their shithole city.Clash wrote:Must admit that although I think Liverpool have been the best team to watch, I enjoyed watching them lose yesterday more than any other game this season. I know. They're sunny disposition from when they were winning disappeared pretty quickly to be replaced by a big bowl of sour grapes once Chelsea stopped them and their "divine right" to win the title.Bradywasking wrote:Hate Chelsea but so happy with them today..see some Victim fans have taken to social media condemning Chelsea's tactical approach today... Just read that Citeh have lost on their last 4 league visits to Goodison and have only 2 wins from their last 16. Those victim bastards are still in with a shout and this game will I believe ultimately decide who wins the title.

Hopefully Everton's injury's just at the wrong time will give City the edge they looked a bit lost against Southampton .goonersid wrote:Just read that Citeh have lost on their last 4 league visits to Goodison and have only 2 wins from their last 16. Unfortunately they still have a very good chance of winning it as i can see Citeh slipping up at Goodison. You wouldn't think it though the way they're going on.Offside wrote:I know. Was watching MOTD last night (on a not so dodgy stream from the Vaterland) and i think I was right in hearing that their first shot on target was at the start of the second half. Is that really the sign of a team that deserved to win?
